What's your cancellation policy?

We follow a 24-hour cancellation policy. Any cancellations made outside of that time frame will incur a $50 cancellation fee. 


How should my hair be at the time of my appointment? 

Fully washed and dry at least 48 hours before your appointment. Please apply very little to no product. Make sure your hair is thoroughly detangled.


I've received a haircut but I feel like I need more styling techniques

Policies

Please read before booking your appointment. By booking with Curls By Daysa, you acknowledge and agree to the policies below.

APPOINTMENTS

Curls By Daysa is an appointment-only salon. Walk-ins are not accepted.

Appointments are scheduled for a specific service and time based on the expectation that clients arrive on time and properly prepared.

Please arrive on time and ready for your scheduled service.

HAIR PREPARATION

Properly prepared hair is required for your appointment.

Please arrive with your hair:

  • Washed

  • Completely dry

  • Thoroughly detangled

  • With little to no product

Hair should be properly prepared at least 48 hours before your appointment, unless otherwise instructed for your specific service.

Proper preparation allows your appointment to begin on time and ensures there is enough time to complete the service you booked.

If you arrive with hair that is not properly prepared:

  • Your service may be rescheduled or refused at the discretion of Curls By Daysa.

  • If additional preparation is possible, an additional preparation fee may apply.

  • If additional preparation causes your appointment to extend beyond the scheduled appointment time, an extended-service fee may apply.

  • Additional preparation time may reduce the time available for your scheduled service.

Please understand that additional preparation can delay your appointment and the appointments scheduled after yours.

By booking, you acknowledge and agree to this hair preparation policy.

CANCELLATIONS

We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.

LATENESS

Please plan to arrive on time.

Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may result in a shortened or canceled appointment, depending on the service and remaining appointment time.

If your appointment is canceled due to lateness, a $50 cancellation fee will apply.

REFUNDS & ADJUSTMENTS

Services are non-refundable.

If you are unhappy with your service or feel an adjustment is needed, please contact us within two weeks of your appointment.

Any adjustment will be evaluated and scheduled at the discretion of Curls By Daysa.

We accept major credit cards and cash.
